To report a lost, stolen, or damaged card, and to request a replacement, email: info@talontrustb.com

Enroll in Online Banking by clicking “Open Account” on talontrustb.com. Fill out the online form, provide KYC information, and select your account type (savings, deposit, offshore, or loan). Read and accept the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure to complete enrollment.

Visit the online banking login page, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions to reset your password securely.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, email info@talontrustb.com immediately to cancel it. You may also contact our Deposit Operations team to report unauthorized transactions.

If you spot unauthorized transactions, contact our Fraud Department immediately. If Talon Trust Bank is closed, your report will be processed during business hours. For lost or stolen cards, immediate email notification is essential to prevent fraud.
