To report a Debit or ATM card as lost, stolen, or damaged and request a replacement, please email us at info@talontrustb.com. Once reported, your current card will be blocked to prevent unauthorized transactions, and a new card will be issued immediately. Make sure to update any recurring payments linked to your old card after receiving the replacement.

If you notice any transaction on your account or debit card that you did not authorize, you may dispute it by submitting a ticket or emailing our Fraud Department at info@talontrustb.com. Provide the transaction details for prompt investigation.

If Talon Trust Bank is closed, our team will respond during business hours, but for lost or stolen debit cards, please report immediately to prevent further unauthorized activity.

You can update your personal information, including email, phone number, or address, by logging into your Online Banking account and accessing the “Profile” section. For major changes such as legal name changes, please submit official documents to info@talontrustb.com for verification.
